Talk amongst yourselves: Do you want more posts (defined as daily), which may not always be of sterling literary quality or be OMG drop-dead shocker material - or do you want literary gems (MWF w/occasional extras)?
Hmm. Maybe its because I've been where you are, but I'm a fan of the best of the bests. I think you're an amazing writer, and it shows when you have a more in-depth, longer post. I vote MWF.
This is going to sound cheesy, but whatever makes you happiest is good with me! I just like the posts; I don't particularly care if you try to polish them and make them stellar, 'cause they're all great.
I would think about maybe opening up the blog to other customer service people that might be interested in writing here. Otherwise I would only post several a week. Quality over quantity.
I'd say daily, even if its just a stream of thoughts. Then again, speaking from experience I'm sure something annoying happens almost daily to write about. :)
I enjoy what you write - so I guess I'm saying I'd prefer "literary gems" - MWF with extra stuff. The last thing I want is for you to get burned out and for the blog to get tedious. I enjoyed the post about the late night visit to Wendy's. It was a nice break from Walmart but all the stories have been entertaining and funny.
I check your blog daily and love it when there is a new post so I would like to see daily posts, however I understand that can be tough to do. So I would do the good posts MWF and then on the days in between just do those lists or something, like the stolen items list, or just a series of short stories that would be hard elaborate into a high quality post.
In the smaller stories you could add just a list of things people returned. You used to do that (aka "what I took back today" posts), that was always enjoyable.
I say...post daily. I read you with a certain amount of anticipation and dedication. Having been there (different store of course...) and done that I miss Wally World as self depricating as that sounds...lol. So...blog on my friend.
Your voice is so strong and clear. Please keep it at a sustainable rate for yourself, because a post that's true to your heart speaks volumes, while volumes of posts might not say anything at all.
I'm torn because I've come to count on this as something I can read everyday, but certainly when theres more time in between posts they get better. I'm going to reluctantly say less posts and more quality.
Daily for me. I like having the option of a new post every day. We know you will still write the quality posts when they come up, but at least we then have something to hold us over. People that want only 3 a week can also simply wait and just read th posts that are there when they check in those three times a week.
I like daily entries. Cause sometimes, it's the little things that make me laugh. Makes me appreciate not working in customer service anymore and reminds me of all the stories that I have of ultra-retarded people who just don't get it, especially when you tell them "no" - lol
Here's the thing, you're the writer so it's entirely up to you. Post when you want. Look at WaiterRant, He's down to posting like every 10 days. You read him, how do you feel about that? Personally I miss him, even the "non-masterpieces" were amusing. Something I looked forward to evey day. Same as you!
If fewer posts make for more interesting reading, then by all means, MWF-ish is great.
Posting daily will hurt both the quality of your writing and reader anticipation for a juicy story...However, if it's been a particularly entertaining week, then why not break each event into a few shorter posts?
I'd say quality over quantity, whatever option that is. Why? Because quantity over quality would be just like wally world. And who really needs more of that?
I'd say try the daily posting for a month or two, see how it feels, see how much added work it might be giving you. You can always scale back again if you find it's too hard to keep up with.
I click on your blog daily, and if there's nothing new, I go to another link. No big deal. I'd say, only post the good stuff, no filler. If you started posting every day, I think your blog would lose some of it's appeal. Just my two cents.
I'd say one awesome post a week and a couple of little posts with just thoughts daily. I like to read what's going on and once a week just wouldn't be enough.
post whenever and whatever you want. posting daily will increase your skills as a writer because you'll get the practice. post when you have a good story. i don't think it's too much to wade through. i love that you post all the time. honestly, some days you're the only thing about my day that didn't suck. :) big virtual hugs, sunny
Your blog is a bright spot in my day at work. I've never read a post here that didn't put at least a little smile on my face. That being said, don't burn yourself out! I love when you post daily, but do what feels right to you. Thanks so much for writing!
Go with your gut. I love your posts whether they are often or less often. Sometimes I laugh so hard I'm rolling on the floor. Your blog makes my day. I hope that is not a sad commentary on me.
Whatever you want to give!! Your posts are amazing, they are everything I have every wanted to say (working for the same company) but don't for the sake of employment..
Play to the "LOVE" crowd. Leave it at that. Sing your song to those whom your blog is the highpoint/bright spot/peak of the day.
Seriously, you can't be all things to all people. Focus on your target market and churn out volume.
You're not getting paid for this, but, hey; look at all the people you get to pet.
Just one more thing: if you're ghost writer is going to call people "white trash", have him/her call people "black trash" every now and then. It's only fair.
I vote for "as often as possible," which could be:
1. daily 2. more than daily, if so inspired 3. every day or two, or whenever the mood strikes.
I hope you never feel like you HAVE to write BTC, like it's a chore... but personally, if you wrote more often (even if short 'n sweet, like your twitter updates), I'd eat it right up.
those who don't want it daily don't hafta visit the site daily.
is there anyway to e-mail your blog entries to an e-mail list like yahoogroups that we can subscribe to, rather than having to visit this site every time?
As much as I like reading them daily with my cup of coffee, the subconscious screams 'quality, not quantity!'... I'm a new reader, but it appears the periods of time during which you've posted daily have not lacked in quality. Keep up the good work!

I like it better when you do a couple a week. Honestly, I don't read all of your posts right now because there are too many.
I would rather have one every two or three days as fun things happen rather than daily.
I like them daily because I read them with my breakfast in the morning

Only the best, even if they aren't on a regular basis. The internet is a big place, so it's not like we're starved for things to read.
Low-quality writing will make reading the site a chore; high-quality writing, even on an irregular basis, makes it delightful.

I'd say post when you have something good. RSS ftw!
post what you want, when you want and let the "chips fall where they may!"
I love your blog...and I read it daily!
More. I would read your blog if you did 16 posts a day.
I understand how it might stress you out though, so short posts are fine too.
Maybe you could have reccurring columns, like WalMart in the news or something.
I would also love to see you make use of photography somehow.
More posts! I adore your blog! I shop at Walmart with a whole new attitude now....just don't EVER refer to me as a "WOACA"!

I'd vote for daily. It's a ritual for me to read this right after I check email and read some daily comic strips online.
I read you daily and squeal with joy when you post more than once per day. Keep up the good work.
Quality over quantity
I love reading your blog daily. I'm surprised so many people voted for MWF because it's too much to read. WTF?! That's just rude.
Quantity over quality, please.
any good post is good with me. Quality > Quantity.
Your voice is so strong and clear. Please keep it at a sustainable rate for yourself, because a post that's true to your heart speaks volumes, while volumes of posts might not say anything at all.
Quality > Quantity
It's better to read a few great stories than lots of non-quite-as-good-stories
I love your daily posts!
I'm torn because I've come to count on this as something I can read everyday, but certainly when theres more time in between posts they get better. I'm going to reluctantly say less posts and more quality.
Daily fo sho

I'd like quality every day!
Is this America? I thought this was America!

I would love to read your posts daily, but if that takes away from the quality ones, then a few times a week works for me, too.
I prefer quality over quantity. So obviously, I'm not a Wal-Mart shopper!
MWF and a couple of extra, I like the waiting.....
I would love daily, but please don't burn yourself out. Working with the public because one has to and keep civil is the hardest acting job ever!

Whatever works best for you is fine by me. Quality over quantity? Hm, this IS Wal-mart we're talking about. Post whenever you've got material.
Gotta love Safari's built-in RSS client; I know when to come back.
If fewer posts make for more interesting reading, then by all means, MWF-ish is great.

"I read you daily and squeal with joy when you post more than once per day. Keep up the good work.
11:12 AM"
I second what that person said! But do whatever works best for you and don't listen to what we think. It's YOUR blog, after all.
Keep up the great work! I can't tell you how much I enjoy your writing. *sends love*
I'd say quality over quantity, whatever option that is. Why? Because quantity over quality would be just like wally world. And who really needs more of that?
more stories most of them are priceless anyway - I check here daily
more is better

I think you should do what suits you best. I love reading your comments, and whether they be every day or every week, I'll continue to read them!

When have you ever produced a, "literary gem"? You frequently create literary atrocities but never a gem.
Quality > Quantity
If you have something good then share it, of course, but don't feel obligated to write if you're not inspired.
BB's paying too much to have someone else write her blog.
Let's give her a break; just pay for the "good stuff" three times a week.

As you see fit. All will be well.
Whatever Jess says, go 180° in the opposite direction.
Tool.
BBC, I enjoy reading whatever you write. To me it is all quality.
I agree with many of the other posters -- post what you want, when you want.
The readers will be here!
Daily, please! I look forward to reading your posts every morning before I trot off to my own customer service world (not Walmart btw!).
I like the everyday entries, because i read them at work and they give me a little daily dose of humor! Thanks!
I'd vote for daily (actually I usually check in both the morning and evening). Don't worry about literary gems... or rather, don't flatter yourself.
Your blog is a bright spot in my day at work. I've never read a post here that didn't put at least a little smile on my face. That being said, don't burn yourself out! I love when you post daily, but do what feels right to you. Thanks so much for writing!
Oh, please more posts. I love going to work and reading your blog first thing. Not having a BTC entry to read puts a little damper on my day.
Go with your gut. I love your posts whether they are often or less often. Sometimes I laugh so hard I'm rolling on the floor. Your blog makes my day. I hope that is not a sad commentary on me.
I love either way! But a comment to add, don't be afraid to curse! I really don't mind! :D
a vote for once a day
Whatever you want to give!! Your posts are amazing, they are everything I have every wanted to say (working for the same company) but don't for the sake of employment..
Give me a break.
I "LOVE" your/it/reading/etc.

definitely daily.
