Don't keep mommy waiting

Speaking of the Wal-Mart intercom system, there was one of the all-time great pages today. The rules are relaxed a little during the set, so people can just come in an ask that an associate be paged if they are there to pick them up or to drop of something or a family member needs something. So the page "XXXXXXX, please come to the front desk" is nothing unusual.

HOWEVER, the page that went out this afternoon nearly stopped the store as people stopped, looked at their neighbor to make sure they had heard correctly and then started giggling quietly.

The page that brought Wal-Mart to its knees: "XXXXXXX, please come to the front immediately, your mother is still waiting on you."
